He National Government will deliver a new economic incentive to 1,255 public employees of the professional, technical and welfare levels of the Special Administrative Unit Migración Colombia (UAEMC) From next December.
The government created this quarterly benefit with the aim of improving the well -being of public servantsand thereby promoting advances in the missionality of the entity in relation to user attention and efficiency in the migratory environment.

To access the payment of migration bonus, servers must have a year old in the entity, as established in the Decree 0978 that created this incentive.

The Government also pointed out that this measure is the result of the agreements reached at the social dialogue tables with the union organizations of Migration Colombia, whose purposes are to favor the well -being of public servants in this unit.
How will the bonus be calculated?
According to the decree, this bonus will be quarterly and will be turned based on a percentage of the monthly basic allocation of each official, according to their level and salary degree:
– Assistance level: 90% of the monthly basic allocation.
– Technical level: 150% of the monthly basic allocation.
– Professional level: It ranges between 30% and 150%, depending on the position and grade.

The standard also details that the benefit will be recognized in the months of March, June, September and December. The creation of this bonus is part of the National Development Plan of the current National Government.
