The judge in charge of the Transitional Preparatory Court of Sechura, Cinthya Antón Guerrero, ordered the preventive internment for nine months for the two alleged involved in the Assault and robberyand a motorcycle to a foreign citizen.
The two detainees were identified as Ronald OMY Marco PV, both 26 years old, and will be provisionally hospitalized in the Penitentiary Establishment of Piura Men (former River Seco) while defining their legal situation in the process they face for the alleged crime of aggravated robbery.
As supported by hearing, both investigated would have assaulted and stolen a citizen of foreign nationality in the Tajamar sector, whom they threatened with a firearm to snatch their motorcycle, a kangaroo that contained cash, two cellular equipment and personal documents.
Committed to the fact, the criminals began the flight, so the victim denounced the fact to the Serenazgo staff who initiated the search and when locating them began with the persecution. The capture was achieved by means of the GPS system of the stolen vehicle, which allowed the victim to locate their whereabouts. The tracking indicated that the unit was heading towards the district of El Tallán. With the support of Serenazgo staff, they managed to find the alleged criminals, who tried to hide the motorcycle among the bushes of the area.
The owner of the motorcycle and his companions were also present in the location and detention of these subjects, to whom they attacked them and then transferred to the police agency for the corresponding proceedings.
