Mariana León assures that the main challenge of this return to classes is the ‘recovery of learning’


He mentioned that, although classes are already in person, we cannot help but think that technology is part of teaching, that it is a pedagogical tool.

The academic vice-rector of Quality Leadership University and Researcher at CIEDU Panama, Mariana León, referred this Wednesday to the great challenges we face in education, now with the return to classes in person.

It revealed that the main challenge is definitely the recovery of lost learning. “A recovery that allows the country’s children and youth to continue with the curriculum that corresponds to the age and educational level of each of them,” she specified.

He mentioned that, although classes are already in person, we cannot help but think that technology is part of teaching, that it is a pedagogical tool.
