They arrested a woman who appeared as a deputy to a Division of the PNB

Bolivarian National Police (PNB), attached to the Carabobo Territorial Base Division, arrested Rosa Amelia Magallanes, for allegedly entering influences, among other crimes.

The woman appeared to the Motorized Division of the UNB, Valencia headquarters, and said she was a deputy of the Carabobo State Legislative Council. There he demanded that officials should free a detainee, who was being verified in the police information system (Syipol). But in case they did not proceed to her release, she would have to use her influences to achieve the task, says the report.

To corroborate the saying of Magallanes, the agents telephoned the National Electoral Council, Carabobo headquarters, where they were told that it was currently not a deputy, that their period was defeated.

In the same way, the officials established communication with the president of the Legislative Council of the Carabobo State, Alexander Suárez, who indicated that Magallanes was not a alternate deputy, that she was prohibited from entering the regional Parliament and that she was a repeat offender, since she appeared to police offices to demand liberation from citizens.

Because of this, the woman was arrested and will be prosecuted for usurpation of functions, influence traffic, false attestation and incitement to hatred, as reflected in the report.
