Strategic investment
The strategic investment in the key infrastructure projects will require 536,806 MDP, among which Mexico-Querétaro, Aifa-Pachuca, Saltillo-Nuevo Laredo, Querétaro-Irapuato, rolling material, right of road, Querétaro-Slp, Irapuato-Guadalajara and San Luis Potosí-Saltillo.

The Treasury emphasizes that social spending is a fundamental pillar for the reduction of poverty and inequality, being many of these constitutional programs. By 2026, the main social programs include:

– Pension Welfare women: 56,969 MDP, seeking to cover 100% of women between 60 and 64 years of age, especially in indigenous or Afromexican municipalities.
-Pension People with disabilities: 36,266 MDP.
-Programs of Benito Juárez scholarships: A total of 184,595 MDP, including the Universal Scholarship of Basic Education Rita Cetina (129,386 MDP) for 17.01 million students of basic education, and scholarships for higher and higher secondary education.
–House by house health: 4,000 MDP, to guarantee medical and preventive care to 16.2 million older adults and with disabilities.
