Gorriti defends himself

During a past interview for the Epicenter TV portal, the journalist indicated that López Aliaga’s speeches are loaded with misinformation. “The guy repeats, repeats that kind of unbridled mantras, but more than a mantra seems like a psychotic exercise. Behind all this there is a logic, that of misinformation,” he supported.

The statements of the mayor of Lima occurs after the IACHR granted precautionary measures to Gorriti after considering that he is in a risk situation. Since 2019, the journalist has been the target of threats, harassment and campaigns that have stigmatized him under the term “Terruco”.
