In the framework of the II Summit of the African countries and the Caribbean community (Caricom), in Addis Abeba, Ethiopia, Deputy Minister Raúl Li Causi, held meetings with prime ministers of Caribbean nations, to bring the truth of Venezuela to the world, around the threat of the military deployment of the United States
The Deputy Minister for the Caribbean of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, Raúl Li Causi, held meetings with several prime ministers of Caribbean nations, in order to bring the truth of Venezuela to the world around the threat of the military deployment of the United States.
Under that context, the Venezuelan diplomat, on behalf of President Nicolás Maduro, delivered missives to the Caribbean leaders to denounce the “siege suffered by Latin America and the Caribbean” by the Donald Trump government.
Li Causi reiterated Venezuela’s commitment to “strengthen the historical bonds of brotherhood, cooperation and solidarity with the Caribbean nations” and highlighted the importance of “advancing in regional cooperation and integration projects where the multipolar world is strengthened”
