“We were reviewing and a profile of the goal from the right -handed right, that of lower income, without housing and close to its work centers. In an interview with Expansión, the official said that the lands where the new houses will be built come from the same territorial reserves of the ISSSTE, as of stores that are no longer occupying, as well as donated floors that Sedatu, in charge of Edna Vega Rangel, and the acquisition of soil.
The Fovissste vowel said they hope to have a budget of at least 60,000 million pesos for the year.
“We are a public agency, an agency that works with the contributions of the workers, we will not receive fiscal resources for this issue. Then, it is very important that our credit program continues to progress, because we will be very attentive to the expense that we make in the construction of housing, in the placement of credit and in guaranteeing the sustainability of the fund of the house, that will be fundamental in the whole process,” he said.
Future houses will have an area of 60 square meters, with availability of infrastructure and services that are close to the work centers of the beneficiaries. People who will be the first beneficiaries are those who have a monthly income of up to 13,760 pesos and who currently do not have their own home.

Jabnelly Maldonado explained that once the Construction Technical Standard is complied with, the Construction Regulation and the administrative process the beginnings of the construction will begin at the end of 2025 or the beginning of the following year.
“We have a proposal of three entities where we want to start our program: it is Puebla, the capital of the State of Mexico, which is where we have greater concentration of right -to -see, and we have an approach so that we also start in Hidalgo. This we will already define it,” he said.
He stressed that the program is aimed at active workers and although it is contemplated to support the pensioners and retired people who do not have housing.
Maldonado reiterated the importance of the beneficiaries uploading their data so that they can access benefits such as condonations: “For us it is most important that this campaign continues because we want to continue solving credits, recomposing them and restoring right.”
