Teachers of Training Schools of Teachers in Zacatecas and Section 34 of the National Coordinator of Education Workers (CNTE) denounced that keys of academic personnel, attached to normal in the state, “have been assigned for years to former officials of the Secretariat of Education of the State of Zacatecas (Seduzac), with which the highest wages have been granted required ”.
Therefore, they demanded that “the discretionary assignment mechanism of these places, which are attached to the teachers forming schools to which they belong, and to be done transparently and comply with academic profiles.”
In an interview with The dayDr. Hallier Morales Dueñas, professor-researcher at the Normal Rural School of San Marcos, said that “for years we have verified, in particular teachers of rural normal, that when senior seduac officials concludes their commission, they are usually given assignments of academic personnel keys, a situation that has been denounced, but the authority in turn has flatly denied that it happens”.
He explained that after establishing a negotiating table last February with the leadership of section 34 of the CNTE, headed by Professor Filiberto Frausto Orozco, and with the head of the Seduzac, Gabriela Pinedo, the delivery of the lists of all the approved places, and those who belong. “We detect that there is at least one bag of 58 reserved vacancies, and when they are consulted why they have maintained this hidden bag, they point out that it is because normal schools do not request them.”
In an interview separately, Frausto Orozco said that the call to the state educational authority is that “there is total transparency in the allocation of these stands of homologated, and that they are destined to the teachers -forming institutions, which they need so much.”
