Manuel Roberto Farías Laguna, Vice Admiral of the Secretariat of the Navy, is a political nephew of the former Secretary of the Navy, Rafael Ojeda.
The National Registry of Detentions indicates that Farías Laguna was captured on September 2 and wore blue pants, shirt with white stripes and brown shoes.
