University Confederation denounces "Usurpation of positions with falsification of documents"

The National Executive Committee of the Bolivian University Confederation (CUB), chaired by the Osmar Rodrigo Palenque University, denounced an alleged one on Tuesday Usurpation of charges in your institution.

Letter

In the same vein, through a letter addressed to the president of the National Court of Honor, Palenque denounced, “with urgency, (…) serious irregularities.”

“We have received verified and repeated complaints that lords Henry René BM and Jhefferson Hugo Qs, not having any mandate, representation or legitimacy, would be usurping functions, running the position of vice presidents of the Cub ”, Palenque quotes in its letter.

Palenque considers that “these acts not only constitute a flagrant violation of the statutes and regulations of the Cub., But also configure passive behaviors of organic, disciplinary and even legal responsibility.”

In this sense, the president of the CUB requires the Court of Honor to quickly activate “the corresponding disciplinary processes against the aforementioned individuals” because it ensures that “the defense of the legitimacy, transparency and unit of the Cub is unnegotiable.”
