According to the Ministry of Energy and Mines, the Natural Gas Manzanillo Power Land central, located in the Pepillo Salcedo municipality, Montecristi province, will enter into operation at the end of 2025 with an estimated contribution of 414 megawatts to the interconnected national electrical system (SENI).
