Five years in suspended prison and disqualification to exercise any public service, three noncommissioned officers of the PNP were sentenced, accused of requesting S/3,000 to a carrier, in exchange for allowing him to continue with foreign passengers who moved in a minivan in the Talara provincein the region Piura.
