Among the detainees is Héctor Agustín “N”, aka “puppy”, identified as the leader of the criminal cell dedicated to the purchase and sale of weapons, as well as to provide armament to different factions of the Jalisco cartel, Harfuch reported.
Among the detainees are seven top -level operators of said criminal structure, with functions of head of place, financial and logistics operations, as well as three other second level mainly commissioned to the purchase, modification and sale of weapons.
People in charge of a winery with different articles of weapons and tactical equipment were also arrested.
Federal agents secured during the operations four long weapons, 27 short weapons, four grenades, boxes with useful cartridges, loaders, ballistic plates, seven vehicles and a motorcycle.
Authorities reported that the arrested were made available to the corresponding Public Ministry agent, who will determine their legal situation.
