Petrobras began on Wednesday (20) the payment of the first installment of compensation to shareholders, referring to the balance of the first quarter, released on March 31 this year.
The gross amount to be distributed fully in the form of interest on equity, corresponds to R $ 0.45458310 per ordinary and preferred action in circulation.
Payment will be made by Bradesco, a depositary institution of the book of issuance of Petrobras.
All shareholders with duly updated registration will have their rights automatically credited to their bank accounts.
For shareholders with actions in custody on the São Paulo Stock Exchange (B3), the payment will be made through their brokers.
For the holders of American Depositary Receipts (ADRS) traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), the payment will take place from the 27th of this month, through JP Morgan Chase, Petrobras ADRs depositary bank. More information can be obtained in the website www.adr.com.
The amounts not claimed within three years, as of the date of payment, will prescribe and revert in favor of the company, in accordance with the law.
