The Board of Directors of Congressconducted by the first vice president, Fernando Rospigliosi Capurro, approved this afternoon the dates of debate and vote in the plenary of five final reports of constitutional complaints filed against various authorities.
The aforementioned final reports will be discussed for an hour, time that will be distributed proportionally among the parliamentary groups.
The dates established for the respective debates are Thursday 4 and Thursday, September 11.
Thursday, September 4
At 10:00 hoursthe final report of the constitutional complaint 280 will be discussed and voted against Geiner Alvarado Lópezin its status as a minister of housing, construction and sanitation.
He is accused of the alleged violation of article 39 of the Constitution, for endorsing the emergency decree 102-2021. In addition, it is proposed to impose the sanction of disqualification for 10 years for the exercise of the public service.
That same day, At 12:00 hoursthe plenary will discuss and vote the final report of the constitutional complaint 442 against the former Minister of Production, Jorge Luis Prado Palomino.
The document concludes in accusing it for being an alleged instigator of the crime against the public administration- incompatible, illicit negotiation provided for in article 399 of the Criminal Code, in the State of the State.
Thursday, September 11
At 10:00 a.m.the plenary will discuss and vote the final report of the constitutional complaint 335 against the exparliamentary Betssy Chávez Chino.
The document concludes accusing the former minister of work and promotion of employment and former minister of culture, for the alleged commission of the crime of incompatible negotiation or improper use of the position. In addition, for the alleged commission of the crime of aggravated influences (article 400 of the Criminal Code).

Also, At 12:00 hoursthe final report of constitutional complaints 395 and 406 (accumulated) will be discussed and voted against the former Minister of Labor, Luis Alfonso Adrianzén Ojeda.
