The District Secretariat of Mobility of Bogotá has enabled an online tool that allows citizens Verify if a transit agent is on dutyin which town is located and what is its work assigned for the day. How to use it and what is its purpose?
In order to promote transparency in traffic operations and offer citizens a way to present requests, complaints or claims related to the work of the agents, this possibility was enabled. To do this, you must follow the following steps:
1. Access the official website: Enter a www.movilitybogota.gov.co.
2. Interact with prudence chatbot: On the main page, you will find the virtual wizard called prudence.
3. Select the “Consult Agent” option: This option will allow you to access specific information about traffic agents.
4. Provide the required data: The system will request the agent plate number or its name.
5. See the information: Once the data is admitted, the chatbot will provide details such as:
▪️Phic and time of consultation.
▪️ Agent Name.
▪️Confirmation whether or not it is on duty.
▪️ Service.
▪️Plac of the assigned vehicle.
▪️Phole of the assigned work (for example, control of vehicular and pedestrian flow).
