Thanks to the intervention of integrated patrol, it was possible to locate the BXR-378 plate vehicle on Av. Railway with Jr. Arequipa. The driver, identified as José Rubén Berrospi (49), was arrested despite the fact that he initially denied the facts. The recordings confirmed their responsibility and was made available to the National Police for the corresponding investigations.
