Trolebús Chalco-Santa Marta will open 3 new stations; Know the date

When do the stations open?

According to official information, the Unión de Guadalupe, Covadonga and Ejido Stations of Line 11 will start operations next Sunday, August 24.

Stations that still remain closed

The Teotongo, the Virgin and Xico stations are still under construction. These points require additional works to guarantee safety and infrastructure against possible floods, so their opening will be scheduled once the works are completed.

Meanwhile, passengers must use open stations as access points.

Schedule and payment method

The Trolebús Chalco-Santa Marta Opera from Monday to Saturday from 04:30 to 00:30 hours, and on Sundays from 05:00 to 00:00 hours.

The only form of accepted payment is the integrated mobility card, which can be acquired and recharged at the stations.

The Chalco-Santa Marta trolebús has established itself as a key mobility axis in the east of Mexico City and part of the State of Mexico. It transports to an estimated demand of 120 thousand daily users in its initial stage, with projections of up to 230 thousand in its maturation stage.
