Stations that still remain closed
The Teotongo, the Virgin and Xico stations are still under construction. These points require additional works to guarantee safety and infrastructure against possible floods, so their opening will be scheduled once the works are completed.
Meanwhile, passengers must use open stations as access points.

THE IMPORTANCE OF CHECCO-SANTA MARTA TROLEBÚS
The Chalco-Santa Marta trolebús has established itself as a key mobility axis in the east of Mexico City and part of the State of Mexico. It transports to an estimated demand of 120 thousand daily users in its initial stage, with projections of up to 230 thousand in its maturation stage.
Its route connects to the population of Valle de Chalco Solidaridad, Chalco de Díaz Covarrubias, La Paz and the Iztapalapa Mayor’s Office, integrating with line A of the Metro, line 2 of the cablebús and line 10 of the elevated trolleybus.
Among its advantages include multimodal connectivity, the exclusive highway route that prevents lanes invasion, and its 100% electric operation, which reduces polluting emissions and noise.
This system offers safe, efficient and environmental transport with the environment, improving the daily mobility and quality of life of thousands of people in the east.
