Santo Domingo, RD. – The Ministry of Health, through the Division of Medical Residences, opened the call to the contest for the assignment of one hundred places, destined for the specialties of family and community medicine, as well as emergency and disasters.
The National Council of Medical Residences (CNRM) reported that the 100 places will be distributed as follows: 50 places for family and community medicine and 50 places for the specialty of emergency and disasters.
Those interested should deposit their documents from this Wednesday 20 and until Friday, August 22 at 12:00 at midnight through the electronic platform: https://psrm.msp.gob.do/) enabled for these purposes.

The adjudication of the places will be carried out in accordance with the qualifications obtained in the National Single National Residences Exam (ENURM). It will be assigned in descending order from greater to lower score.
With this initiative, the Ministry of Health, seeks to ensure that health professionals who meet the established requirements can access specialized training opportunities, thus contributing to the strengthening and development of the national system of health.
Through this call, the Ministry promotes the development of new medical competences, guaranteeing the training of specialists to give a timely response to the demands of the national health system.
