The inspection carried out by personnel of the Municipality of Huancayo confirmed the complaints: in the kitchens and attention areas there were numerous insects, which evidenced unhealthy conditions.

Both establishments were fined with 50% of an UIT and ordered to improve cleaning and apply effective fumigations. The situation generated concern among consumers who frequent this brand known for its popular chicken broth.
