One of three women accused of Dopar and stealing British tourists was arrested on Monday (18). 
Amanda Couto Deloca, 23, was hidden in a house in the Nova Campina neighborhood of Duque de Caxias. Mayara Ketelyn Américo da Silva and Raiane Campos de Oliveira are still at large.
British Mihailo Petrovic and Diego Bravo were in an event at Lapa, a bohemian neighborhood of Rio, on the 7th, where they met the three women. They offered drinks, which had a substance capable of causing drowsiness and disorientation, known as “good night, Cinderella”.
Last Monday (11), the Special Tourist Care Police Station (Deat) indicated all three for the crimes of qualified theft and criminal association, and for applying the coup known as “Good Night, Cinderella”in which the victim involuntarily ingests psychoactive substances capable of causing adverse effects for a crime to be more easily performed. The substance is placed in the victim’s glass of drink, which after ingestion completely lose control and pass out within minutes.
Two days later, the Public Prosecution Service of the State of Rio de Janeiro (MPRJ) He denounced them for theft with violence, theft qualified by electronic fraud and criminal association.
Raiane has more than 20 criminal tickets and has been sentenced to six months in prison for the same type of crime.
According to the complaint, the trio improperly accessed the Mihailo bank account and tried to make an unauthorized transaction of the amount of 16,000 sterlin pounds. The operation was not completed due to the requirement of facial recognition, but the accused managed to steal £ 2,100, 300 pounds used to purchase cryptocurrency and 1,800 pounds transferred in four operations. According to the MPRJ, they repeated the same way of acting on previous crimes.
The case gained international repercussion and was released by the English newspapers, as a witness recorded women entering a taxi right after leaving tourists on the fully bewildered Ipanema beach, a changed state of conscience.
One of them fell into the beach sand and was unconscious. The taxi driver confirmed the route, and the victims formally recognized the authors at the police station.
In the complaint, the MPRJ also requests that the accused indemnify each victim at $ 30,000 for material and moral damages.
