President of the Republic Nicolás Maduro celebrated the success of the 2025 International Business Wheelwhere important agreements were conquered in that area to boost the tourism engine in the country.
In his social networks, the president greeted the signing of 577 business agreements between national and international companies, after this event was held at the Poiedro de Caracas during this weekend.
“This will allow us to establish commercial alliances with different countries and, thus, continue promoting economic engines. Welcome to our homeland!”, The president wrote in his Telegram account.
In a video shared on that platform, the president reflected on the efforts of the country, in education, culture, and in social and community forces, so that Venezuela follows the path of growth of tourism.
“Tourism is one of the most beautiful things there is. Tourism is joy, rest, walk, and Venezuela is a tourist emporium where you go,” said the president in the audiovisual content.
In the material he offered a review of the tourist benefits of our country and asked to “unite all the efforts of a country” so that Venezuela follows the path of growth in tourism. “I have called it the secret weapon of the new Venezuelan economy,” he said.
At the end of the 2025 International Business Wheel, the Executive Vice President of Cy Rodríguez explained that the Tourism sector has registered an increase of 700% in the last 17 months. He recalled that the country has 7 growth quarters and tourism has given significant advances, not only in tourist arrivals to the country, but in investment in training in the sector.
