Five months of preventive detention dictated a man, while he is investigated as the alleged perpetrator of the crime of touching, acts of sexual connotation and libidinous acts to the detriment of a child under 7 years, in Piura.
The representative of the first office of the Prosecutor’s Office in crimes of violence against women and members of the family group of Piura, Ana Valdiviezo, sustained the elements of conviction that link the investigated with the event happened, on August 11, when the intimate parts of a girl and kissing force after being alone in the house they share.
When knowledge of the complaint, the authorities carried out urgent and necessary proceedings, collecting the necessary elements to obtain this coercive measure that ensures the participation of the accused in all the proclaimed tax proceedings, without delay or obstruction.
