The executive power authorized the transfer of all the shares of CX 14 Radio The Spectator in favor of Francisco de Posadas, Ignacio Abadie (Iñaki) and Jorge Carlos Piñeyrúa (Piñe), members of the Magnolio Media Group.
In this way the company Lanos SA will be integrated by De Posadas with 70% of the share package, Abadie with 15% and Piñeyrúa with an equal participation (15%), according to details the official resolution dated March 3 that bears the signature of President Luis Lacalle Pou.
In 2019, the government of that time had authorized the definitive transaction of the station’s shares, until then owned by Julio Bernardino Arocena, Elbio Andrés Duro Von Walther and Margarita Morgan.
