The Public Ministry accused Judge Lisbeth del Valle Rondón, the alleged commission of four crimes: intentional delay or omission of functions (aggravated), persuasion and induction to commit crimes, improper use of information or reserved data and crouch, according to judicial sources.
The presentation hearing, where the judge was charged last Thursday in a telematic way before Court 1 with competence in crimes against corruption and organized crime. Rondón allegedly appeared before the Bolivarian National Police, Maturín headquarters (Monagas) to intercede for her husband, José Enrique Martínez, lawyer of the oil company that owns the seized explosive, who was detained there for her alleged link with the explosive material located in a maturin shed.
Lisbeth del Valle Rondón was arrested in Maturín (Monagas) because she allegedly tried to paralyze the investigations regarding the owners of the company that owned the batch of explosives in two sheds located in the Monaguense capital, according to sources consulted. Rondón is a member of the Court of Appeals of Monagas, the instance of higher power in the criminal jurisdiction of that entity.
