The Vraem 2025 Special Command, through the 31st Army Infantry Brigade, in coordination with Dirandro, executed a military operation in the New Progreso sector, District of Río Tambo (Satipo), where a clandestine rustic laboratory for coca leaf processing and basic cocaine paste was located and destroyed.

The intervention seized approximately 1,936 kilos of cocaine in solution, 7,475 kilos of coca leaf, 350 kilos of ammonium hydroxide, 340 kilos of cement, 210 gallons of gasoline and 175 kilos of sodium chloride, in addition to drums, trays, buckets and galoneras.
