Cicpc-Puerto Ayacucho (Amazonas) officials arrested Franklin Euclides Blanco Rodríguez (56), responsible for the murder of his son-in-law, Johaomarco Flores Bernal (32), according to the version released by the Scientific Police on his Instagram.
The incident occurred on June 4 when the victim and the perpetrator held a discussion due to personal problems in the Malavé Villalba sector of the Amazon capital. The situation became violent and in the midst of the discussion, Blanco took out a firearm and shot Flores, causing death immediately.
In another Cicpc procedure, its agents assigned to the La Guaira delegation arrested Efrén Fernando Soublette Méndez (43), responsible for the femicide of his former partner Ana Zoraida Cabello Espinoza (24), occurred in the La Lucha, Catia La Mar sector.
The Cicpc determined that the day of the event, Soublette Méndez and the victim held a discussion motivated by jealousy. During the confrontation, the aggressor used a firearm to shoot the victim in the head, causing death instantly. After committing the crime, the man fled, says the report.
