Who is Reyes Colmenares?
Omar Reyes Colmenares is close to the Secretary of Public Security and Citizen Protection, Omar García Harfuch. Before this appointment he was the head of social prevention and reintegration of said agency.
He is a graduate of the Law career by UNAM and was also in the direction of the Interpol office in Mexico and in the direction of the Investigation Police Headquarters of the Attorney General of Mexico City.
In addition, he was Undersecretary of the Penitentiary System in the Ministry of Citizen Security of the Government of Mexico City.
