The Interior Minister, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello, revealed that a judge made a call to intervene in favor of the alleged involved in the possession of an explosive material batch seized in the Monagas state.
Cabello appeared on Tuesday before the National Assembly where he exercised a right word to explain the latest procedures carried out by security agencies and that gave the disruption with terrorist cutting attacks that they intended to execute in the adjacencies of Plaza Venezuela last Sunday, August 3 last.
But he also referred to the confiscation of a lot of explosive material that was deposited in two places of Maturín (Monagas). And it was precisely on the occasion of that last procedure, where the judge’s call is produced whose name was not revealed by the Interior Minister.
“Immediately a judge called and said: No one is going to do anything because, be careful, there are important people,” said Minister Cabello this Tuesday before the National Assembly Plenary when he was exhibiting part of the material seized in the industrial zone of Maturín.
“And those who were going to die are not important?… That judge will have to give an account to justice, because someone called her, and that clarifies the doubt. I have a doubt about the important people. I have a doubt and it must clarify who called it,” said Cabello alluding to the performance of the Monaguense judge.
The explosive material seized in Maturín belongs to a company whose legal consultant participated in the defense of those prosecuted for terrorism after being arrested in previous events planned to create chaos in Venezuela, Cabello explained. “Who was the legal consultant of that company and who defended … terrorists of previous years?” Hair asked during his speech at the session on Tuesday of the Venezuelan Parliament.
Cabello deepened at that point and answered those who have publicly said that what is seized in Maturín is material that is used in piercing rock spaces to extract oil. “It does nothing to a human being, only to the rock: that is the explanation that the terrorists give, the accomplices, those who knew of this,” hair replied when taking one of the 51,235 hollow charges seized in Maturín, a kind of iron pelics that, when thrown against a military tank, disintegrates in chip as if it were a grenade.
