The Minister for Interior, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello, said that “our people deserve the best system for their security,” the statements offered them in an act of promotion of superior officers of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces in La Guaira, in the company of the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.
Of 49 peace quadrants, which existed in a first base in La Guaira state, now they have passed to 73. In addition, Cabello said they will be provided with “vehicles, motorcycles and high -end telephones for each communal circuit.”
As a constructive critic, the minister emphasized that before 911, “he had his failures, but now we are generating our own technology,” while reiterating the deployment in the protection and security systems, so he said that “we are going to give protection to all Venezuela.”

Fundamental Unity in the Territory
Cabello said communal circuits “are the fundamental unit in the territory.”
“(…) This union has given successful results in Petare – Sucre Municipality of the Miranda State – that became a territory of peace in 6 months,” said Cabello.
The minister said that, of the 3,51 quadrants of peace, there are already 2,703 adequate to the communal circuits.
Meanwhile, he said that the provision of equipment is expected to cover the entire country, according to the instructions of President Nicolás Maduro “, and in this way that each communal circuit has its peace quadrant.
“We are going for the rest,” Cabello promised, noting that they will soon go to other states of the country. From the capital city he informed that “it is already ready, ready Valencia, part of Miranda, Yaracuy is very advanced and monagas, we are going to cover all Venezuela, according to the instruction you gave, in each communal circuit, a peace quadrant.”
Petare, safe municipality
On the other hand, the minister said that, thanks to the pilot program carried out in Petare, Sucre municipality of the Miranda State, it has been possible to reduce crime rates spectacularly. “And there it has been possible to reduce crime, but in an amazing way, and we say amazing because today we can say that Petare is a territory of peace. In six months, a single homicide we have had.”
This achievement was completed thanks to the deployment with the members and spokesmen of the communal circuits, the police and the civic-political union.
