Leandro Julián (30), aka ‘Capibara’, and Aracely Milagros (33), aka ‘La Chata’, were arrested by agents of the Green Squadron – Terna Group, accused of subtracting typical garments from the Santiago of a commercial establishment in Huancayo.

According to the police, those involved took fuses, llicllas, blankets and other traditional clothing, and then trying to escape. They were intercepted at the intersection of Tarapacá and Railroad avenues.

Both will be investigated for the alleged crime of aggravated theft. The PNP indicated that they would integrate the criminal band known as “The Terror of the Santiagueros”, dedicated to the theft of clothing.
