Today the face -to -face registration for the Welfare Housing Program (PVB) with 58 modules installed in 51 municipalities of 20 states of the country, where applications will be received for 20,999 social room actions, reported yesterday the Secretariat of Agrarian, Territorial and Urban Development (SEDATU) in a statement.
The PVB, promoted by SEDATU, the Ministry of Welfare and the National Housing Commission (Conavi), seeks to guarantee the right to adequate house, prioritizing people in a situation of high marginalization, indigenous communities, women heads of family, single mothers, young people and who face various social deficiencies. Access to housing is commitment 48 of 100 presented by President Claudia Sheinbaum at the beginning of her sexennium.
The modules will be in Baja California, Sonora, Durango, Guanajuato, Zacatecas, Colima, Michoacán, Nayarit, Hidalgo, Querétaro, Guerrero, Morelos, Puebla, Tlaxcala, Oaxaca, Chiapas, Tabasco, Campeche, Quintana Roo and Yucatán.
The director of the CONAVI, Rodrigo Chávez Contreras, stressed that the registration will be “orderly, transparent and accessible”, and that this stage will serve to evaluate applications before moving on to the selection and validation of beneficiaries. The procedure is personal, free and face -to -face; intermediaries are not accepted.
To register, current official identification with photography, CURP and proof of domicile not greater than three months must be presented. The general schedule of attention will be 8 to 16 hours, although some venues will have specific schedules.
The location of modules and dates to receive documents can be consulted on the interactive map of the program: https://pvb.conavi.gob.mx. If the State or municipality has not yet a call, the following stages must be waiting.
CONAVI will evaluate applications in a maximum of 20 business days and publish a preliminary list of possible beneficiaries in www.gob.mx/conavi and in intervention areas. Pre -selected will be contacted for domiciliary visits and data verification.
The units reiterated that there are no authorized managers and that the only way to register is in the official modules.
