The deputy of the PT Lilia Aguilar stated that with the commission reform the local public organizations (OPLE) and the state courts must disappear, because they imply a double structure.

Aguilar said she was a defender of the OPLE, But they have acted in a faccious way: they are secondary operators of the INE and have done everything possible to favor governors in a gross way. This happened in Chihuahua, during the election of the Judiciary

The petista added that she was convinced that the electoral courts of the states were necessary, but today I can say that they are useless
. What they do is wait to see what the INE says and the Superior Chamber of the Electoral Court of the Judiciary to replicate their decisions.
Interviewed in the Senate within the framework of the last session of the Permanent Commission, Aguilar described as unpublished that the President of the Republic will lead the Commission for Electoral Reform.
