What happens if my CURP is not certified?
If among the requirements they request for any type of procedure is the CURP certified and do not take it, you will surely not be completed.
The elements that the Renapo established to make this file a verified and certified document are the following:
- Official Logo of the Ministry of the Interior
- New format used only by civil records.
- Unique population registration code
- Correction and certification keys to the Civil Registry.
- Data protection legend.
The most important element that proves certification is a legend found in the document in the lower right, which must say “Curp certified: verified with the Civil Registry”.
How to get the certified CURP
– Access the page: https://www.gob.mx/curp/
– Select the consultation option: CURP or fill with your personal data the format.
– In both options you must click Verification Code and then click on the “Search” button.
– Click, your CURP data will appear with full name and Civil Registry fields.
– Then, you will give you the option to print the official document and for free.
I can’t print my CURP, what do I do?
If the official website https://www.gob.mx/curp/ It does not work due to the large number of simultaneous users, there is an alternative to obtain your CURP:
– Go to the website: https://consultas.curp.gob.mx/curpsp/renopo/inicio2020.jsp
– Click on section ‘Enter the data to search for your CURP‘. A new menu will be deployed.
– Enter all the requested data: Verification Code (the random color code that is deployed at the top), first surname, second surname, name (s), sex, date of birth and federative birth entity.
