The 1st Court of Yaracuy control issued a private liberty for the official
of Cicpc George Kelvin Rangel Pajilla (28) and his brother, student Keiwar Kennteh Rangel Pajilla (20), for his alleged responsibility in the death of Genesis Medina (21), the Public Ministry reported.
The incident occurred on August 3 in the Marín de San Felipe (Yaracuy) sector. That day, both were in the room of a hotel in the area when George started hitting Medina at the thorax and head level, and then suffocated until he was lifeless.
