University professors denounce that decline is inhuman, illegal and attentive against the welfare and progress of the country
The Association of Professors of the Central University of Venezuela (APUCV) requires salary increase for all university staff. He claims that his remuneration ranges between one and four dollars a month.
In its X account, the organization indicates that the future of the country, professional training and scientific development is being committed by keeping university students with such a diminished salary.
“Decoration is inhuman, illegal and attentive against the welfare and progress of the country,” says another of the publications disseminated in social networks in which they insist on the “salary increase now.”
This Friday, August 8, the dollar reached 130.06 bolivars, which is equivalent to the minimum monthly salary set by the administration of Nicolás Maduro in March 2022.
