The company Dominican Edesur He informed that he left Jimaní installed, a 14MVA power transformer that will be put into service in the coming weeks.
He indicated that it is part of the construction work of an electricity distribution substation that will impact the improvement of service quality in that demarcation and the municipality of Duvergé.

He explained that the powerful team of 14 MVAwas installed in the substation of the Dominican electric transmission company (ETED,) in which a transformation field will be enabled, with the purpose of feeding two energy distribution circuits.
“The authorization of these circuits will improve the quality of the service, avoiding interruptions and guaranteeing the stability of the tension received by customers in the communities of Duvergé, Puerto Escondido, La Colonia, come to see, Las Baitoas, El Limón, Jimaní and surrounding areas,” he said.
Edesur stressed that with the repowering and expansion work of the distribution substations park that carries out, it can significantly improve the quality of the service in its concession area.
