The Public Prosecutor’s Office (MP) will impute the citizen Zhyara González (42), for the crime of display or courage of relations and influences, continued aggravated scam, usurpation of functions and lack of attestation before a public official, as reported by the attorney general, Tarek William Saab, through the Instagram social network.
«Said offender was passed through the candidate for mayor of the Guayana Esequibarequesting large sums of money and construction materials in order to look illegally; In addition, he boasted to have relations and influences with senior officials of the Venezuelan state, ”said Saab.
The MP reported on Tuesday, July 29, that González was learned in a security operation by the Bolivarian National Police (PNB), after various complaints filed by inhabitants of the Sifonte municipality, in Puerto Ordaz, for usurpation of public office.
The arrest was given in the Caroní municipality, when González prepared to carry out an encounter with one of his victims, to whom he would provide alleged contracts for public works of social interest, as well as participation in mining activities in exchange for a prior payment in foreign exchange.
Although the number of victims affected by the detainee is unknown, it is presumed to exceed the dozen.
