The Public Ministry obtained a twenty years of effective prison against Gad David Molina Solís, found guilty of the crime of sexual rape in the detriment of its ex -voidant, in an event that occurred in the district of Puerto Bermúdez, province of Oxapampa in Pasco.
According to fiscal investigation, on November 5, 2024, the sentenced took advantage of the fact that the victim was alone in his room to sexually submit it. After the attack, the woman denounced the fact before the police station of Puerto Bermúdez, with the support of her relatives.

The Mixed Provincial Prosecutor of Puerto Bermúdez, led by the provincial prosecutor Yovana Quinto Corilloclla and the attached prosecutor Sergio Grasiani Salas Macotela, supported the accusation with key evidence such as the Minutes of Police Intervention, the Declaration of Witnesses, the interview in the Gesell Chamber and psychological expert opinions, among other elements of conviction, sufficient, sufficient so that the Judicial Power issues a drastic resolution.
Civil reparation
In addition to the deprivation of liberty, the sentenced must pay 3,000 soles for civil reparation in favor of the victim.
The sentenced is currently being held in the Chachamayo prison. The Public Ministry reaffirms its commitment in the fight against sexual violence, ensuring the protection of victims.
