A 30 -year -old man was arrested by police officers from the Guacara municipality, in the Carabobo state, after being accused of the alleged sexual abuse against his cousin.
According to the police reports of the case, the alleged aggressor responds to the name of Richard Alfredo Pacheco Falcón. The suspect was arrested in the Guacara Water Sector, Carabobo state, published the police agency.
It was known that the defendant broke into his cousin’s home, who came before the authorities to denounce the facts. The young woman said that, in the early hours of the morning, Pacheco broke into her home and approached her to try to sexually abuse her. The victim explained that the aggressor touched her in her intimate parts.
The authorities also reported that the suspect was moved aboard an EMPIRE MOTORCYCLE, KEEWAY HORSE 150, red, during the time of his capture. The case was aware of the authorities of the Prosecutor’s Office No. 31 of the Public Ministry of the Carabobo State, with competence in gender violence. The entity will continue with due process before the court in charge.
