SANTO DOMINGO.- The Chamber of Deputies approved several projects of great national impact on Tuesday, making them lawamong them the Rental Lawthe NATIONAL CONGRESS REGISTRATION LAWthe Law created by the Ministry of Justice and the Organic Law of Family Good.
The Real Estate and Eviction Rentals Lawauthored by the president of the Chamber, Alfredo Pacheco, was welcomed with the Senate modifications.
Seeks to regulate relations between owners and tenants in Housing rental contractsshops and non -profit uses.
Pacheco He stressed that the regulations maintain the balance between lessors and tenants, and responds to a demand for more than three decades by the Dominican Society.
The law excludes from its application certain cases such as rural farms, lodgings, free zones, tourist rentals less than 90 days, state goods and commercial activities regulated by special laws.
