Monterrey, NL., Governor Samuel García Sepúlveda presented the environmental division yesterday, which will have the power to punish crimes in the matter by legal means. . The area will have the support of 10 units and will be equipped with a thousand elements and 200 vehicles to carry out environmental care and protection tasks.
