The commission will depend directly on Claudia Sheinbaum.
It will be made up of Pablo Gómez, formerly from the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU); of the Secretary of the Interior, Rosa Icela Rodríguez, and of the head of the Digital Transformation and Telecommunications Agency, José Antonio Peña Merino.
It will also be made up of the legal counselor of the Federal Executive, Ernestina Godoy; of the head of the Office of the Presidency of the Republic, Lázaro Cárdenas Batel, in addition to the holders of the Coordination of Advisors of the President of the Office of the Presidency of the Republic, and the General Coordination of Policy and Government of the Office of the Presidency of the Republic, headed respectively by Arturo Zaldívar and Jesús Ramírez Cuevas.
The holders of the areas of the Executive Power mentioned “ They may designate a public servant person as a permanent substitute to cover their absences, who must have a minimum level of general director or counterpart, ” says the decree.
The Commission may invite representatives of dependencies, entities, public or private institutions of the three government orders, autonomous bodies, academy and civil society, who may participate with the right to voice, but without vote.
The decree will enter into force on Tuesday, August 5 and will be in force until September 30, 2030.
