Through a voice message, the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, This was advised, after the ceremony held in the central case of Petare, where the edilicias authorities took an oath to the new burgomaster of the populous parish. “Greetings, Diogenes, I send you congratulations on this act that makes history of the people of Petare, ranks of Mariche and the entire Sucre municipality that is reborn,” said the head of state, in the audio message that was transmitted to those present.
President Maduro said that the Bolivarian Revolution travels new paths in this stage of the communal state with the neighbors of the communes and the communal circuits, who work the plan of the seven transformations, which today is the law of the Republic.
“So, you know, you have to turn the 90 communal circuits into 90 venues from the mayor of the Sucre municipality: zero desk and more territory. Congratulations, Sucre municipality, until victory always!”, He said in his brief intervention.

“The clamor of justice is the claim that it is possible to build a more human, productive, safe, more democratic, leading and participatory municipality. A popular democracy, as President Maduro is requesting.”
