Edmundo González thanked this Saturday, August 2 to the Spanish Popular Party (PP, conservative, opposition) for his “constant support for the democratic cause” in the country, and assured that the time of “the diplomatic caution has passed.”
Through a message on the social network X, González responded to the pronouncement of the Popular Party of Spain in which he criticizes what he considers a “calculated and immoral ambiguity” of the president of the Spanish government, Pedro Sánchez, around Nicolás Maduro after having completed a year of the Venezuelan presidential elections, in which the National Electoral Council (CNE) gave as winner Madur He won the opponent.
Edmundo González celebrated that the Spanish Popular Party “has deepened its commitment to the principles that sustain the struggle for a political transition” in the country.
