According to the Artfthe consortium composed of Gami Engineering and Facilities, Urales and Azvi constructions delivered an offer for 11,888.2 million pesos, while the Union between ICA Constructora, Constructions and Crushing, Constructora El Cajón, La Yesca and Ica Satellite Building Hydroelectric Company, among others, proposed to make the construction for 12,652.1 million pesos.
The third consortium forms it: COMSA, COMSA Infrastructure, Regiomontana for Construction and Services and VISE, with an amount of 27,861.3 million pesos.
According to the document, the ART will be responsible for the evaluation and detailed analysis of the propositions delivered to determine the solvency of the required legal and economic conditions.
“The corresponding ruling will be announced on August 18, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. through the Digital Public Contracting Platform of the Federal Public Administration (Purchases), for the purposes of notification to the bidders, the ruling will be published on the platform the same day in which it is issued in accordance with the provisions of article 39 Fourth paragraph and 39 bis second paragraph of the law,” was specified.
