The governor of Amazonas, Miguel Rodríguez, paid tribute to the Air accident victims It happened in the jungle on Tuesday, where seven people died, including a captain of the Bolivarian Air Force and a Yanomamis group.
Rodríguez indicated that the indigenous people returned to their community of Parro B, after being treated by health problems. He stressed that these aviators make these flights in the Venezuelan jungle, “and do nothing other than transfer patients and meet the needs of those who live in the jungle.”
The governor accompanied the remains of those who have their residence in La Esmeralda and, later, moved to the Sierra de Parima, where other victims lived.
Rodríguez lamented what happened and indicated that “it is not easy to describe how he feels, receives and leaves for himself the brother or sister who leaves, but that he will continue through this mountain range walking and destroying in the steps and life of each one, of each of them.”
The plane is a Cessna Grand Caravan C-208B, acronym AMB 4292, which belonged to the Air of military aviation transport group. The military victim was Captain Luis Alberto Durán Caripa (co -pilot).
