Delivery of cards for the support of uniforms and school supplies
The Educational Welfare Trust (FIBIEN) will carry out the reset from Wednesday 13 to Saturday, August 16, 2025. Beneficiaries will receive an invitation letter, delivered by citizen participation personnel of the CDMX, or digital via through an SMS message to the registered number.
In it the details of the delivery will be known, such as the date, time and place.
The tutors of high school beneficiaries must go in person to collect the new card to receive support for school supplies and uniforms, since it will only be paid in this way.
Students who are in these situations apply for the program:
From 6th grade to 1st high school;
From 1st to 2nd high school;
From 2nd to 3rd high school.
The new card will replace the previous one to receive the annual program, and will work the same as electronic. It can also be linked to the application more.
Requirements
To collect the plastic, the tutors must carry the following documents:
1. Current official identification (INE, passport, booklet, professional card, inapam credential or identity letter).
2. Invitation letter.
What happens if I did not receive the invitation letter?
For these cases, the FIBIEN puts the following documents as an alternative:
1. Registration Proof to the “Welfare for Girls and Boys, my scholarship to start”, in the 2024-2025 school year.
The document can be downloaded from the CDMX file file.
2. Official identification copy with photography.
3. Unique Population Registration Key (CURP) of the beneficiary student.

SEP publishes school supplies list
The Ministry of Public Education (SEP) recently published the suggested list of basic minimum school supplies for basic education.
