The Colombian Ministry of Defense explained that the detainee arrived in Colombia with false documents and “was responsible for the criminal strategy for the territorial expansion of the Aragua Train in Colombian territory.”
The United States Embassy in Colombia and the Colombian Police offer a total of $ 12 million for the capture of three leaders of the Aragua train.
Those leaders are Giovanny San Vicente; Yohan José Romero, aka “Johan Petrica”; and Héctor Guerrero Flores, aka «Niño Guerrero», for whom rewards of three, four and five million dollars are offered, respectively.
The three are accused of crimes of conspiracy to commit crimes, drug trafficking and people, and money laundering.
